Returns & Exchanges

How do I return or exchange an item?
Our goal is complete customer satisfaction with your product purchase. 

We want you to be happy with your purchase from the Swiss Knife Shop. Most items can be easily exchanged or returned, provided they are not engraved and are returned in a resalable and unused condition (including box, manuals, and other accessories).

If you have received your order and would like to make a return or exchange within 90 days of purchase, contact our customer service department for assistance in facilitating the return or exchange.

To make your return or exchange as easy as possible we will assign your return an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number when you contact us. When placed on the outside of your parcel we are able to easily and quickly make the exchange or refund you requested when we receive your parcel.

For all returns and exchanges:

  1. Contact Swiss Knife Shop by phone or email regarding your return or exchange.
  2. Receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from Swiss Knife Shop.
  3. Follow the return or exchange instructions in the email that Swiss Knife Shop will send you, being sure to write the RMA on the outside of the parcel you are returning to us.
  4. We recommend that you use a trackable method of shipment for all returns, as you are responsible for safe return of your item to us.
  5. Swiss Knife Shop will process your return in 3-5 business days after receipt of your parcel and will immediately process a credit to your credit card. Items returned that are used or with missing parts or not in resalable original product box will incur a minimum restocking fee of 15%. Sorry, but we cannot take returns or exchanges on engraved items unless we have made an error in the engraving.

Note that returns sent to us without an RMA number on the outside of the parcel will be returned to sender.

When will my credit appear on my account?
A merchandise refund credit can take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s) taking into account the time it takes your bank to finalize your credit to your account.

Manufacturer Warranties
Most of our products come with manufacturer warranties. These warranties often cover repairs or replacements. For all warranty inquiries contact the manufacturers directly. I have a defective item purchased more than 90 days ago.
Swiss Knife Shop accepts returns and exchanges within 90 days of purchase. If you have an item with a manufacturer defect purchased over 90 days ago or from another retailer, please contact the manufacturer directly.

Please review Swiss Knife Shop's Returns & Exchanges Policy before returning a defective item.

Repairs
Swiss Knife Shop does not offer repair services. However, many of the items we sell are under manufacturer warranty, or can be repaired by the manufacturer or a partner recommended by the manufacturer.
