Email us or call for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before returning any item - returns sent to us without an RMA number on the outside box will be returned to sender. Caran d'Ache Fine Writing Instruments
People tend to develop a strong personal attachment to their writing instruments. Caran d'Ache, therefore, does its best to repair damaged pens wherever possible, providing replacements only as a last resort. Repairs carried out under guarantee are free of charge. Other repairs require the client to accept a cost estimate before work can start.

INOVA LED Flashlights
Nite Ize, Inc. warrants that every INOVA® product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for as long as you own the light.Nite Ize shall, at its sole and exclusive discretion, repair or replace any INOVA® product returned to Nite Ize that is determined to be defective with the same item or one of equal value, even if it no longer manufactures the light that you own. LED bulbs, rechargeable batteries, chargers, and switches are covered for a period of three years with proof of purchase or registration. INOVA® products may be registered at www.inovalight.com/warranty. Nite Ize is not responsible for any damage or failure of any INOVA® product resulting from abuse, misuse, negligence, alteration or lack of maintenance. Nite Ize recommends only Nite Ize®, Panasonic®, Energizer®, or Duracell® non-rechargeable batteries, or the INOVA T4 rechargeable battery for use in INOVA® products, and is not responsible for any damage due to battery leakage or failure. Leatherman Tool Group
If within 25 years from the purchase date of your genuine Leatherman tool or within 10 years from the purchase of your Leatherman light you find any defect in material or workmanship, Leatherman Tool Group will provide warranty service. To obtain warranty service, return your tool to Leatherman Tool Group. Depending on the tool defect, Leatherman will decide whether to repair your tool or replace it with a product of equal or greater value.

Skeletool and Skeletool CX notice:
Leatherman Tool Group has made a running change to the knife blades on the Skeletool and Skeletool CX multi-purpose tools. If you turn one of these tools in to Leatherman for repair under warranty, you may receive the new configuration for repair/replacement. The blade material has not been changed on either model, but the cutting edge has changed.

LED Lenser Flashlights and Headlamps
LED Lenser products are covered by the LED Lenser USA Five-Year Warranty. LED Lenser will repair or replace a defective LED Lenser product, at their discretion, with one of equal or greater value. Your LED Lenser product will be returned to you at the manufacturer's expense.

Victorinox Swiss Army provides a lifetime warranty on all multi-tools against defects in material and workmanship. If you purchased your multi-tool over 30 days ago, or from a source other than Swiss Knife Shop, please contact them directly with any repair or replacement questions. If the multi-tool has a manufacturer's defect covered by the Victorinox warranty, Victorinox will either repair or replace it without charge.

Victorinox Swiss Army Timepieces
Victorinox Swiss Army provides a 3-year limited warranty on all timepieces. Victorinox Swiss Army, Inc. warrants, for a period of three years from the date of original purchase, the hands, movement, and dial face plate of Victorinox timepieces to be free from defects in material and workmanship. Only timepieces purchased at Authorized Swiss Army retailers such as Swiss Knife Shop are covered under warranty. If you purchased your timepiece over 30 days ago, or from a source other than Swiss Knife Shop, please contact them directly with any repair or replacement questions. If the timepiece has a manufacturer's defect covered by the Victorinox warranty, Victorinox will either repair or replace it without charge.

Victorinox Swiss Army Travel Gear
The Travel Gear Carry with Confidence Guarantee on Victorinox Travel Gear covers repairs of a functional nature for damage caused by common carriers. Additionally, this guarantee ensures that your product will be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the piece. If you purchased your travel gear over 30 days ago, or from a source other than Swiss Knife Shop, please contact them directly with any repair or replacement questions. If the travel gear has a manufacturer's defect covered by the Victorinox warranty, Victorinox will either repair or replace it without charge. This Guarantee applies to versions 3.0 and later of Mobilizer NXT, version 2.0 and later of Werks Traveler, and all versions of Architecture Travel Gear.

The Travel Gear Lifetime Warranty covers all Victorinox Lifestyle Accessories 2.0 and higher, Altius 2.0, University, Tallux, Ground Force, Curb, and Altmont collection travel gear pieces for the life of the product against manufacturing defects in material and workmanship. Victorinox will cover any damage to your product caused by a defect in the workmanship or quality of the materials. The guarantee does not cover ordinary wear and tear. If you purchased your travel gear over 30 days ago, or from a source other than Swiss Knife Shop, please contact them directly with any repair or replacement questions. If the travel gear has a manufacturer's defect covered by the Victorinox warranty, Victorinox will either repair or replace it without charge.

Wenger Swiss Army Knives
Wenger Swiss Army Knives are covered by the manufacturer with a Limited Lifetime Warranty. All Wenger Swiss Army knives purchased in the USA are warranted for the lifetime of the original purchaser against breakage or malfunction, under normal use, due to defects in material or workmanship. If you purchased your Swiss Army knife over 30 days ago, or from a source other than Swiss Knife Shop, please contact them directly with any repair or replacement questions. If the Swiss Army knife has a manufacturer's defect covered by the Wenger warranty, Wenger will either repair or replace it without charge.

Wenger Swiss Watches
Wenger Swiss Watches are covered by the manufacturer with a Limited 3-Year Warranty. All Wenger Swiss watches purchased in the USA are warranted for 3 years against breakage or malfunction, under normal use, due to defects in material or workmanship. If you purchased your Swiss watch over 30 days ago, or from a source other than Swiss Knife Shop, please contact them directly with any repair or replacement questions. If the Swiss watch has a manufacturer's defect covered by the Wenger warranty, Wenger will either repair or replace it without charge.

Zwilling J.A. Henckels Fine Cutlery
All ZWILLING J.A. HENCKELS products are fully guaranteed against defects in materials and/or craftsmanship. The ZWILLING J.A. HENCKELS' warranty does not cover wear from normal use or any damage resulting from use other than the intended purpose. Wood products (including wood handle knives) are not covered by the J.A. HENCKELS' warranty, as wood is a natural element and thus cannot be guaranteed. Any product that is felt to be defective needs to be returned ZWILLING J.A. HENCKELS for inspection. Defective items will be repaired or replaced with similar item at the option of ZWILLING J.A. HENCKELS.
