Holiday Shipping Calendar 2013

The last shipping day before Christmas at Swiss Knife Shop will be Monday, December 23, 2013.

All orders have the option of free shipping, regardless of order value, but please note that First Class mail is not time-definite - when we ship by First Class we have no control over delivery date. If you need your order within a specific timeframe, we recommend you choose an upgraded shipping option to better assure timely delivery.

*Orders over $75 are upgraded to UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail for delivery within the continental US at no charge. Choose "USPS First Class" at checkout, and we will automatically upgrade your order to UPS Ground or USPS Priority. (All orders to Hawaii, Alaska, and APO/FPO will be shipped USPS Priority Mail.)

Holiday Returns at Swiss Knife Shop

Our goal is complete customer satisfaction with your product purchase. Items purchased between November 1st and December 31st may be returned for a refund or store credit until January 31, 2014.*

If you would like to make a return or exchange, please review our complete Return Policy and contact Customer Service for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns set to us without an RMA number on the outside box will be returned to sender.

*For a full refund or credit, items must be returned in resaleable condition, including all parts and with the original product packaging intact. Items returned with missing parts or not in original product box will incur a minimum restocking fee of 15%.

Sorry, but we cannot take returns on engraved or embroidered items unless we have made an error in the engraving or embroidery.
