The small toothpick fits Victorinox Swiss Army knives that are 2.25 inch or 3 inches in length; the large toothpick fits Victorinox Swiss Army knives that are 3.25 inches or more in length when the multitool is closed. A visual difference is that the small toothpick has a flat top compared to the large toothpick with its angled top when held upright. The small toothpick also fits the SwissCard.
